ADTRICK is committed to respect for the privacy and confidentiality of the personal data that is made available to you and therefore in this document you will find information on how they are treated in accordance with the General Regulation on Data Protection. We have adopted administrative and technological measures to comply with the new General Regulation on Data Protection.

The personal data are captured in a marketing perspective, with the explicit consent of its owners, thus allowing ADTRICK to communicate its services, projects and other useful information to professionals by email, as well as to maintain contact with them over time and while it is in the interest of both parties.

The collection of personal data is entirely voluntary and optional by the visitors of the website within the scope of two newsletters that ADTRICK offers:

The newsletter will be optional subscription, free of charge and for the period that the subscriber wishes. Access to the website is in no way conditional on the subscription of the newsletter or the capture of personal data. The newsletter subscription is conditional upon confirmation of the same through an email sent to the user, after the request is made, as a way to confirm that the request was actually made by you. In sending each newsletter are collected metrics that allow you to identify which subscribers you opened (through an invisible pixel) and clicked on each link that may be contained in the message they received.

What personal data is collected?

The following data are captured and treated only and at most, the following data: Name, Email and Company. In addition, when sending e-mails, statistical data are collected that allow us to know the behavior of each subscriber in relation to the e-mail received.

Personal data is collected through ADTRICK's website and email addresses. In the case of the website, this acquisition takes place directly (through the completion of forms where the data is requested) and indirectly (through the registration of actions carried out by site visitors that are essentially anonymous but in some cases may allow their identification). In indirect capture are electronic communication protocols, cookies, embedded addresses, transparent pixels, other widgets or georeferencing data.

How is personal data processed?

The data is collected directly by ADTRICK and processed to send information by email in the terms described above. The data are treated in a confidential way, being stored in a database of restricted access to the employees who need them for the purposes for which they are intended.

What level of computer security is applied to your personal data?

We use physical, technological and administrative security measures to protect information. The data collected through the ADTRICK website are communicated via the Internet under secure SSL protocol. This type of communication is not inviolable but currently corresponds to best market practices. In addition, the data is stored in databases managed by ADTRICK in an encrypted form and periodic backups of the data are performed in order to minimize the likelihood of a loss of information in case of a storage system failure.

What other data can be captured?

The ADTRICK website uses cookies to ensure a better user experience and also third-party cookies, such as Google and Facebook, for traffic measurement and analysis. These cookies may store some information that allows you to identify a visitor to the site. However, visitors can configure their Internet browsing program to not accept cookies, if they wish. In addition, web server logs can record visitor information such as browser, operating system, device including brand, model and version, referrer origin, date / time of access, IP address, Internet service provider and geographical area of access. Is sensitive personal data being collected and processed?

ADTRICK actively does not promote the collection of any personal data that may be considered sensitive. In any case, it is possible for us to be sent personal data of this nature by email, which will be treated in a secretive manner and only for the time necessary for the purpose for which they are intended.

The data can be shared with third parties, namely with infrastructure providers (server/web hosting service and email) or other suppliers that we have related to services that can contract us and to perform the contracted services. The statistical data are stored in a way that does not allow the identification of the respective holder from the second year. With regard to subscriber data of the newsletters, since it is a subscription associated with sending information period by email, the data is kept as long as the subscriber does not request the removal of the same.

Yes, depending on the evolution of the legislation and technology, it is possible that the privacy policy in force in ADTRICK will be changed. All changes will be reflected in this document available online.
